Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Algebro application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the service

The App is an educational math game available in early access. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

2. Account

• When registering, you provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One person should use one account. Impersonating others is prohibited.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, automate gameplay, or manipulate scores and leaderboards,
• disrupt the App or attempt unauthorized access,
• infringe other users' rights or post unlawful or offensive content (e.g. in usernames or clubs).

4. Intellectual property

The App, its code, design, content and trademarks belong to the operator and are protected by law. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without permission.

5. User content

You are responsible for content you enter (e.g. username, club names). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as needed to operate the App.

6. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Analytics are enabled only after you give consent.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of the service. This does not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.

8. Changes and termination

We may amend these terms and may suspend or discontinue the service. We will announce material changes in the App. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law and the law of the European Union.
